Right now one session holds up to 1,000 people. That's the honest limit of what we run today, not a tier we're hiding behind a sales call. Tell us how many people, how often you'd run it, and whether you need a signed data agreement, a written uptime commitment or your data kept in a particular country — and we'll tell you where we actually stand.
Grouping typed answers into themes, the suggestions while you're presenting, and the summaries under your results are all unlimited, on every plan including Free. Your monthly allowance only covers writing a new set of questions from a document, because that's the expensive part.
Rewriting a single question doesn't use one either — only asking for a whole new set does. And if you do run out halfway through, nothing stops: the session you're running keeps everything.
What is a host seat?
One person who creates and runs sessions. The people answering never need a seat and never need an account. One seat can run one live session at a time.
Do people need an account to answer?
No. For live sessions they just type a code. For links that stay open we confirm an email address so nobody answers twice — that's a code in their inbox, not a sign-up.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in either direction, and you can add or remove seats without changing plan. Moving up takes effect straight away and you only pay the difference for the rest of the period.
What happens to my sessions if I stop paying?
Everything you've already run stays readable and exportable. Anything new goes back to Free limits.
